Introduction
In an ideal world difficult behaviours have no place at work.
However, in reality, dealing with difficult people is something
many supervisors face as part of their everyday work life.
The stress of handling difficult people and difficult situations
can create a lack of productivity, low morale and high absenteeism.
Through hands-on activities, self assessments and exercises participants
learn how to better deal with all sorts of difficult people and situations.
At the same time this workshop gives us insight in using our emotions and
will help develop the interpersonal skills needed to handle difficult people
and difficult situations provides the tools for dealing with all types of work
behaviour problems.
