You have no chance. These groups of M_l_y Civil Servants can do
anything to you however vigilant you choose to be. This is the time of
crook.

Please be Careful at the Airports. This is a well organized conspiracy
by Immigration, Police, Customs and Airline staff with networking at
all International Airports. Be careful when ever you hand over your
passport to the Immigration/Customs/Airline staff. The passport can be
easily tampered with and that can create trouble to you. They have
found an easy way of making easy money. This is the way it works:

At the time of the passenger's departure, if the passenger is not
looking at the officer while he is stamping the exit chop on the
passport, the officer very cleverly tears off one of the page from the
passport. The bastard usually tears off the page with the visa stamped
on it from your passport. When the passenger leaves the immigration
counter, the case is reported on his computer terminal with full
details. Now all over the country they have got full details of the
passenger with Red Flag flashing on the Passport number entered by the
departure immigration officer. YOU ARE NOW A MARKED MAN!!! They have
made their money by doing above.

On arrival next time, he is detained and interrogated. They will then
accused him of tampering with the passport. Subject to the passenger's
period of stay abroad, his income and standing etc., the price to get
rid of (settle) the problem is “fixed” by the Police and Immigration
people. If someone argues, they will give you hell and bring MORE
charges against you. You will NEVER get any justice, especially in
Malaysia where the civil servants who are mainly Malays. They have a
sick reputation of such unethical corrupt practices.

Please advise every passenger to be careful at the airports. Whenever
they hand over the passport to the counters of Airlines or immigration
or the customs, they must be vigilant, always keep their eyes on their
passports even if the officer in front of them tries to divert their
attention.

Also, please pass this information to all friends, media men and
important politicians. Every month dozens of cases are happening in
KLIA and all over the world to rob the unsuspecting passenger the
minute he lands.

A similar case happened with Aramco's Arifuddin in Pakistan . He was
travelling with his family. They had six passports. They got the visa
of America and decided to go via Jeddah. When they reached the States,
the page of the American visa on his wife's passport was missing. At
the time of departure from Pakistan it was there, the whole family had
to return helplessly. On arrival at Pakistan , they were arrested by
the police at the airport. It is over 2 months now and they are
running after the Police, Immigration officers and the Courts. One
simply cannot imagine neither believe, that the Immigration dept can
play such a nasty game to harass the innocent passengers.

All the airlines passengers must be aware of this conspiracy. Every
month dozens of cases are taking place, at each mentioned airport, of
detaining the passengers for the crime of tearing away the passport
pages and tampering with an official travel document. On interviewing
some of them, none of them was aware of what had happened. They don't
know why, when and who tore away the page from the middle of the
passport. One can imagine the sufferings of such people at the hands
of the immigration, police and the court procedures after that. The
number of cases has increased in the last 2-3 years. People who are
arriving at the immigration, are detained and questioned. Their
passports are being held and they have to go in for detailed
interrogation. Obviously, the conspiracy started about 2 to 3 years
ago, now the consequences are coming. Some of the Airline counter
staff too are also involved in this conspiracy.

SO MAKE SURE NOT TO LET THE PASSPORT GO OFF YOUR SIGHT EVEN FOR A
SECOND. THE IMMIGRATION COUNTERS ARE HIGH AND TIRED AND SHORT

I was at a deck party awhile back, and the bugs were having a ball biting everyone. A man at the party sprayed the lawn and deck floor with Listerine, and the little demons disappeared. The next day  I filled a 4-ounce spray bottle and used it around my seat whenever I saw mosquitoes. And voila! That worked as well.. It worked at a picnic where we sprayed the area around the food table, the children's swing area, and the standing water nearby. During the summer, I don't leave home without it....Pass it on.

It works - in fact, it killed them instantly. I bought my bottle from Target and it
cost me $1.89. It really doesn't take much, and it is a big bottle, too; so it is not
as expensive to use as the can of Bug-spray you buy that doesn't last 30 minutes.
So, try this, please. It will last a couple of days. Don't spray directly on a wood
door (like your front door), but spray around the frame. Spray around the window

This could be a common mistake in any household. This shocking accident happened on 13th May 2012 in Pune , India .
A housewife died due to burns sustained in the kitchen. Her husband too was hospitalised for injuries due to burns while trying to rescue his wife. How it happened:

The gas stove was on and cooking in progress. The lady observed some cockroaches near the sink and grabbed a can of insect killer and sprayed it near the gas stove, which was on. There was an explosion and in no time the poor woman was covered in flames, sustaining 65% burns. Her husband rushed in, tried to put out the flames and his clothes too caught fire. The husband is still in hospital, in the burns ward, still unaware that his wife was declared dead on arrival.
Let us understand: - All insect killer sprays such as "Hit", "Mortein" etc. have highly volatile and inflammable solvents. The atomized nano spray particles spread very rapidly and one spark is enough to ignite this explosive mixture with oxygen present in air.

Cook porridge in 10 minutes

When put in hot water, the rice grains become loose, and the starch in the grain of rice begin to turn into a paste like which will turn into porridge in a very short time.

Try it yourself. Once you have done once, you will store a small box of frozen rice in the freezer to make quick porridge for breakfast, or for supper before going to sleep at night.

There are several prata joints in the Upper Thomson area, each with its own following.
Sin Ming Roti prata is no exception.

Tucked away in a coffee shop, the stall is run by the father-and-son duo of Haji Mohammed and Al Malik Faisal, better known as Aziz and Faisal. They have had the business for more than 15 years.
Mr Faisal says: "Some of my customers go to other prata places, but in the end, they still return here."
The prata (90 cents for the plain version) is crispy on the outside and slightly chewy on the inside. Mr Faisal says they use the traditional method of making the prata dough.
This means just involving the basics - sugar, eggs, salt and the flour.
"We don't add ghee or milk," he says.
The dough is mixed and kneaded by hand, and let to rest for an hour. It is next moulded into dough balls. Flipping the prata takes skill, which comes from years of practise.
The prata is fluffy and not oily; there is barely a glisten of grease on the plate when we were done. If there is a healthy version of prata , this could be it.
Those who like their prata more crispy should go for the coin prata ($3.50 for six), which are shaped like small, thick pancakes. The dough used is the same, but it is made differently from regular prata , says Mr Faisal.
The prata goes well with the curry gravy, that is not too watery and is slightly sweet; its spiciness really packs a punch.
Mr Faisal says most people order two prata s, but one customer had 10 in one sitting some years ago.
"I still get regulars who order three to four egg prata s."
For those with more room in their tummies, the stall also offers other foods, such as nasi briyani and mee goreng.

The Swiss government has been aware of the dangers of eating white bread for decades and in order to get its populace to stop eating it, Switzerland has placed a tax on the purchase of white bread. The tax money is given to bakers to reduce the price of whole wheat bread to encourage people to switch.  The Canadian government passed a law prohibiting the “enrichment” of white bread with synthetic vitamins. Bread must contain the original vitamins found in the grain, not imitations .  Essentially, white bread is dead bread. Frequently, consumers are not told the truth about this and so called “enriched” flour. Why is the color of white bread so white when the flour taken from wheat is not?  It’s because the flour used to make white bread is chemically bleached, just like you bleach your clothes. When you are eating white bread, you are also eating residual chemical bleach . Papaya was the only studied food found to halt breast cancer.
Scientists studied 14 plant foods commonly consumed in Mexico to determine their ability to halt breast cancer cell growth. These included avocado, black sapodilla, guava, mango, prickly pear cactus (nopal), pineapple, grapes, tomato, and papaya.
They also evaluated beta-carotene, total plant phenolics, and gallic acid contents and antioxidant capacity. They found that only papaya had a significant effect on stopping breast cancer cell growth.
 
 Papaya is a store-house of cancer-fighting lycopene.
The intense orangey-pink colour of papaya means it is chock full of cancer fighting carotenoids. Not only beta carotene, but lycopene is found in abundance. The construction of lycopene makes it highly reactive towards oxygen and free radicals.
Scientists at the University of Illinois think this anti-oxidant activity contributes to its effectiveness as a cancer fighting agent. Epidemiological studies have indicated an inverse relationship between lycopene intake and prostate cancer risk. They showed that oral lycopene is highly bio available, accumulates in prostate tissue, and is localised in the nucleus of prostate epithelial cells.
In addition to antioxidant activity, other experiments have indicated that lycopene induces cancer cell death, anti-metastatic activity, and the up-regulation of protective enzymes. (The experiment report on cancer cells, Phase I and II studies have established the safety of lycopene supplementation in done on October 8, 2008).
 
Prostate cancer was the subject of a study in Australia that looked at 130 prostate cancer patients and 274 hospitalized controls. The scientists found that men who consumed the most lycopene-rich fruits and vegetables such as papaya were 82% less likely to have prostate cancer. In this study, green tea also exerted a powerful anti-cancer effect. When lycopene-rich foods were consumed with green tea, the combination was even more effective, an outcome the researchers credited to their synergy. ( Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition, 2007).
 
Isothiocyanates found in papaya restore the cell cycle to eliminate cancer.
Organo-sulphur compounds called isothiocyanates are found in papaya. In animal experiments, isothiocyanates protected against cancers of the breast, lung, colon, pancreas, prostate, as well as leukaemia, and they have the potential to prevent cancer in humans. Isothiocyanates have shown themselves capable of inhibiting both the formation and development of cancer cells through multiple pathways and mechanisms. (International Journal of Oncology, October, 2008).
Types of isothiocyate fruit and vegetable.

Researchers in Japan - clarified the mechanisms of action in a type of isothiocyanate found in papaya known as BITC, which underlies the relationship between cell cycle regulation and appropriate cell death. When cancerous cells die on schedule, they are no longer a problem.
The researchers established that BITC exerted cancer cell killing effects that were greater in the proliferating cells than in the quiescent cells. Cancer cells that are proliferating are much more dangerous than cancer cells that are in a state of dormancy. (Forum of Nutrition, 2009).

Enzymes (Vinegar) from papaya digest proteins including those that protect tumours.
The fruit and other parts of the papaya tree, also known as the paw paw tree, contain papain and chymopapain, powerful proteolytic enzymes that facilitate chemical reactions in the body.
They promote digestion by helping to break down proteins from food into amino acids that can be recombined to produce protein useable by humans.
 
Proteolytic enzymes protect the body from inflammation and help heal burns. They do a good job of digesting unwanted scar tissue both on the skin and under its surface.
Being a proteolytic enzyme, papain is able to destroy intestinal parasites, which are composed mostly of protein. To rid the body of intestinal parasites, half a cup of papaya juice can be alternated each hour for twelve consecutive hours with the same amount of cucumber or green bean juice.
Research has shown that the physical and mental health of people is highly dependent on their ability to produce proteins they can use effectively.
 
However, as people age, they produce less of the enzymes needed to effectively digest proteins from food and free needed amino acids. They are left with excessive amounts of undigested protein which can lead to overgrowth of unwanted bacteria in the intestinal tract, and a lack of available amino acids.

Eating papaya after a meal promotes digestion, and helps prevent bloating, gas production, and indigestion. It is quite helpful after antibiotic use to replenish friendly intestinal bacteria that were the casualties in the war against the unwanted bacteria. When the intestinal tract is well populated with friendly bacteria, the immune system is strengthened, and can protect better against flu and cancer.

Papaya contains fibrin, another useful compound not readily found in the plant kingdom.
Fibrin reduces the risk of blood clots and improves the quality of blood cells, optimising the ability of blood to flow through the circulatory system. Fibrin is also important in prevention strokes.
Proteolytic enzymes containing fibrin are a good idea for long plane rides to minimize the potential of blood clots in the legs. People who sit at a desk all day might want to use proteolytic enzymes too. Proteolytic enzymes are able to digest and destroy the defence shields of viruses, tumours, allergens, yeasts, and various forms of fungus.

Once the shield is destroyed, tumours and invading organisms are extremely vulnerable and easily taken care of by the immune system.
