Interpreting and Analysis of ISO 9001:2008

INTRODUCTION
The course is designed for participants responsible for developing and implementing quality management system at all levels and disciplines.

The participants will gain an understanding of the clauses of ISO 9001:2008 and relate the application of each requirement to their organisation.

The objective of the training is to familiarise the participants with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 Standards, with the basic knowledge of ISO nomenclature and its applications.

OBJECTIVES
- Understand how ISO is related to work and how employees could play a part in establishing, implementing
and maintaining the QMS.

- A proper approach to system implementation and how to avoid pitfalls.
- Do’s and Don’ts’ during an ISO audit
