The WSQ AOE programme provides a systematic pathway that aims to equip workforce with vital industry skills and knowledge to
enhance competency, increase operational productivity and professionalism within the industry.This
programme is specially designed for the Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs)
across all industries and related sectors, including government statutory boards and government ministries, aiming to enhance the skills in the areas of quality management,
business process improvement, people management and project management.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY
Classroom-based experiential learning with roleplays, exercises and case studies
AWARD
Upon completion of this programme, a full qualification certificate will be issued
by Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA).
This also includes a Statement of Attainment (SOA) for each individual module.
ASSESSMENT
Duration: refer to the table
Method: oral, written, and project work
Min 75% attendance and undergo assessment are required to qualify for government grant.
COURSE FEE
S$1,412.40* for all 4 modules (individual modules are available)
*Price is inclusive of 7% GST and after WDA funding for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents
Open for MNCs, SMEs, Government Ministries, Government Statutory Boards, employed or unemployed
ABSENTEE PAYROLL
Capped at S$4.50 per hour
ADMISSION CRITERIA
Learners are assumed to:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of their organisational work processes and good presentation skills
- Employability Skills System (ESS) level 8 or equivalent
An applicant must be at least 18 years of age on admission to the programme.
